Vibon
This is a bicycle which is made from carbon fibre, but it is not a metal-frame imitation. I had to make models and moulds and learn to work with vacuum technology and use airbags. Sometimes I had to start all over again.
The aluminum parts are anodized and then glued in the frame. The cables are integrated in the thin carbon tubes inside the frame. The result was a light-weight bicycle. However, it was not stiff enough, because the rearfork had not enough carbon layers.
It was an interesting project and I learned a lot.
