Vibelt

My latest bikes a Mens and a Womans road version with are beltdriven. Tubes made from 25CrMo4 steel and filled brased. First I have made a special framejig for the tubes. The Mens frame hase a down tube from Ø40 x 1.5 mm is extreme strong and heavy. For the Womans frame I have used a Columbus Megatube from Ø42 mm and smaller tubes in the rear triange. Results the downtube only is 500 g lighter. The weight savings total is 1 kg.
At the front a Carbon Pro fork with diskbrakes. The mudgards are selfmade from Carbon. The Mens bike has Rigida DP18 aerorims. I have removed the brake level, spares 35 g weight and gives a verry nice tight result.
The frames and rims are powder coated.
